PREDICTOR is a research project dedicated to advancing stroke rehabilitation through the integration of robotics, wearable sensors, and artificial intelligence (AI). Particularly, the idea is to benefit from the digital health technologies to improve the care standards quality, leveraging AI and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to support clinicians' decisions.
The focus is on developing a technological framework capable of monitoring patients’ motor function both in clinical environments and during daily life at home. By predicting motor recovery, such framework may be of support during the disease progression, contributing to identify timely therapeutic decisions.
Explore the three main activities our project is structured into:
Definition of a robust and repicable experimental protocol;
Data acquisition from multiple digital technologies, together with clinical assessment scores;
Data analysis through AI and ML techniques.
